Non-competition clause/unfair competition
You as employer include a non-competition clause in the employment contract in order to safeguard your interests. It is possible, however, that an ex-employee goes to work for a competitor in the area, that your customers are approached, or that he or she even passes on your trade secrets.
Or does your ex-employee go a step further and set up a competing company and hire away your employees? You can call upon us to check whether the non-competition clause is being violated or even to identify acts of unfair competition.
We can check for you if something more is going on and present the necessary findings.
